She gave advice re. work needed on the house to increase its value, went above and beyond to assist with 'styling' for photos and 'open house' and gave valuable advice in sorting through 'offers'. I now understand why the 'highest' offer is not always the 'best' or 'strongest' offer. The property's price range was spot on with other agencies selling 'quickly' at a l'ow' a price range, or overpriced and sat on the market.
